NOTE: With the economy as it is, the HBD is struggling to
meet its meager operating expenses of approximately $3500
per year. If less than half of those currently directly
subscribed to the HBD sent in a mere $5.00, the HBD would
be able to easily meet its annual expenses, with room to
spare for next year. Please consider it.

Subject: Olive Oil
Thanks to everyone who responded with information around Grady Hull's
thesis for using
Olive Oil as a substitute for aeration. It was quite interesting and
exactly what our club
was looking for as "outside the box" brewing. From the responses it was
quite obvious that
many people have strong opinions about this subject and that more
research will open up new
opportunities.
Thanks again and I appreciate the time everyone took to help us!
